At Stop 19, we bring the authentic flavor of the Colombian Caribbean coast directly to your table. Our team, formed by Jaime Manjarrez, a chef with more than 12 years of experience in Colombian fast food, and Ivana Daza, a graphic designer and empirical cook, fuses tradition and passion to offer a unique gastronomic experience.

More than a restaurant, we are a food truck with roots and purpose: to keep traditional culinary techniques alive, using fresh ingredients and authentic recipes that evoke the flavors of home. We specialize in coastal fast food, highlighting the best of our culture with every bite.

Since our inception, we have grown with effort and dedication, serving the growing Latino and American community in the Bay Area.

Our vision is clear: to expand and become a food truck chain representative of Colombian Caribbean cuisine in the United States.

Founder & Executive Chef

Jaime is a passionate cook with more than 12 years of experience in cooking Colombian style food, specializing in the gastronomy of the Colombian Caribbean coast.

His passion for food led him to perfect traditional recipes and develop a concept that fuses speed and authenticity without sacrificing quality or flavor.

With the vision of bringing the culinary culture of his land to more people, he created Stop 19, a food truck where each dish is prepared with traditional techniques to preserve the true spirit of coastal cuisine.

His dedication and commitment have turned this project into a space where flavors, memories and tradition are found in every bite.

Co-Founder & Creative Director

Graphic designer and Visual Merchandising specialist, she combines her creativity with her love for gastronomy to give identity to Stop 19.

Her experience in design has allowed her to build a brand image that reflects the vibrant and authentic essence of the Colombian Caribbean coast.

As an empirical cook, she has learned and perfected culinary techniques that allow her to bring her special touch to each preparation, ensuring that each dish not only tastes great, but also has an attractive presentation.

In addition, her warmth in customer service creates a welcoming atmosphere, making each person who visits Stop 19 feel at home and enjoy a complete gastronomic experience, where food and tradition go hand in hand.
